Meghan Markle Talks About Teen Mental Health

Meghan Markle also highlighted how teens have become vulnerable to mental health problems due to the internet and social media. She agreed that social media and the internet kept people connected with others during a pandemic, but it also causes a lot of other problems to the brain. She said:

“For anyone if you’re not in school then you’re on your devices and online more. There’s a lot of vulnerability there that I think so many people are experiencing. Yes, it’s a great place to connect but it’s also a place where there is a lot of disconnection.”
